What are your hours?
7AM to 10PM everyday. Last wash is at 8:30PM.
Are you attended?
We are partially attended 9AM to noon and 2PM to 7PM everyday.
Are you a coin or credit card laundromat?
We are both a coin and card operated laundromat. We have change machines for coin customers and our card readers on our machines accept Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.
Do you have large machines?
Yes. We have two 80-pound washers and twelve 50-pound dryers.
Wash & Fold
What are your wash and fold hours?
Our wash and fold hours are 9AM to noon and 2PM to 7PM everyday.
What products do you use when you wash my clothes?
We use premium quality detergents, softeners, and dryer sheets.
Is there a minimum order?
The minimum order is 15 pounds.
Do you wash my clothes with other clothes?
No. We always keep our customers laundry separate from one another.
What is the turnaround time for wash & fold?
Next day orders will be ready next day or 24 hours from drop off time. Same day orders will be ready by end of day if dropped off by noon.
Pickup & Delivery
When do you offer pick up and delivery?
We offer pick up and delivery daily from 9AM to 7PM.
What is the turnaround time for pickup and delivery?
Orders will be picked up and returned next day.
Is there a minimum order?
The minimum for this service is 25 pounds.
How much does pickup and delivery cost?
We have a 3-tier pricing that is time-saving value to occasional users and even more value to regularly scheduled customers.
- Occasional orders are $1.90 per pound.
- Weekly orders are $1.65 per pound.
- Bi-weekly scheduled orders are $1.50 per pound.
Do I need to be home when the driver picks up or delivers my clothes?
No, you can leave your laundry in a secure location (front porch, back porch, behind a fence, in an unlocked garage) just make sure to note it when you place your order so our driver knows where to find it.
How do I schedule an order online?
It is simple. Just click on the "Schedule a Pickup" Button in the upper right hand corner and create an account. It only takes a few minutes to input your information and you can place an order for weekly, bi-weekly or one-off services.
Can I make a special request on how I want my laundry done?
Absolutely. When you place your order online there is a section called Preferences where you can specify things you want done every time that we do your laundry. There is also a section called Special Laundry Instructions where you can ask for something for this particular order. For instance if you want us to spot treat a stain on one of your items.
Is there a contract or long term commitment?
No. You never have to sign a contract and you can stop service at any time. We know that you will stick with us based on our excellent service.
When I schedule an order, how will I be billed?
Like other online services, we ask for your credit card when you place your order. Your card will not be billed until your laundry is completed and weighed.
What do I put my laundry in?
Please put your laundry in a laundry bag or in a trash bag and make sure it is closed properly so nothing falls out.
Can I put my pickups on hold while I'm on vacation?
Yes. You can suspend your pickup until you return from your vacation.
